5 Small Habits Challenge
Feel more energised in 5 weeks and kickstart your health journey.
Well hello there. I’m Ruth. Retired NHS doctor turned registered health coach.
I help women transform their health so they feel energised, resilient and in control, ready to embrace life beyond the menopause.
The post-menopause is our chance to shine and embrace the possibilities. To do that, we need to be in optimum health.
Through battling a chronic illness, I know what’s it like to feel like you have lost your health and how to go about reclaiming it.
With degrees in medicine and psychology as well as a diploma in health coaching, I have a unique skillset to support my clients.
My work is based on 3 core values:
Evidence-based made simple. I can interpret the science, so you don’t have to.
I’m here to serve my clients at their pace. You set the agenda. Always.
Health is holistic. There’s no point concentrating on food and movement without addressing sleep, stress and mindset.
So, without further ado, bring on the challenge! ➡ ➡ ➡
What is it?
The aim of this challenge is to start one new small habit each week. By the end of the 5 weeks you will have 5 new habits to be proud of. The additive effect will be that you’ve taken the first step on the road to health improvement.
Who is it for?
If you feel overwhelmed or unsure of where to start your health journey, then this challenge is for you.
How does it work?
✅ Firstly, download the workbook below. This outlines the 5 small habits.
✅ The download will trigger an email explaining what the 1st habit is and why it’s important.
✅ A week later, you will get an email about habit no. 2, and this continues until the end of the challenge.
✅ There is a habit tracker chart for each week in the workbook.
What you will learn:
✅ That you can make changes when you commit to yourself and hold yourself accountable.
✅ That missing a day or two does is fine and doesn’t mean you have to quit altogether. The key is to show yourself some self-compassion.
✅ That the little things add up to make the bigger changes possible.
