What’s different about working with me?

Coaching uses behavioural science to help you build habits that stick. It’s not about willpower or giving your lifestyle a total overhaul. It’s about small changes, done consistently, with the right support.

Health coaching is also mentoring. With a foot in both science and real-life coaching, I can give you up-to-date information about how your body and mind work, in as much detail as you want. But I’ll never tell you what to do. You're in charge. Always.
