Post-menopausal health simplified.
All the information you could ever need to live a long and healthy life beyond the menopause is out there. So why aren’t we all following it? Three reasons:
Human nature. Habits become ingrained by repetition and are difficult to break. This is why quick fixes and fad diets don’t work in the longterm.
A lack of accountability. Someone to keep you focussed.
Overwhelm. There is so much information out there, most of it conflicting and not all of it accurate.
What’s different about working with me?
Coaching uses behavioural science, making it easier and faster to break unhelpful habits and install new ones.
A health coach is also a mentor. Because I have a lot of background knowledge about how body and mind work, I can provide you with up-to-date health information in as much detail as you require. However, I will never tell you what to do. You’re the boss. Always.
Imagine your optimal health as a mythical beast on top of a mountain (humour me here). You can take the long, dusty path up alone and run the risk of getting fed up or overwhelmed and turning round.
Or you can travel with a guide. We go at your pace. Each step can be as small as you like but I keep you on the path and spur you on if it gets tough. I am committed to supporting you on your journey.

My services
90-minute Wellbeing MOT.
This is a single session where we take a deep dive into your holistic wellbeing. It’s designed to provide you with the focus and clarity you need to optimise your health.
Prior to the session I will ask you to complete a questionnaire and a 3-day food/mood diary.
Using a coaching tool, we will work through all aspects of your life, assessing where you would like to make any changes. We will discuss what you have tried before and why it might not have worked for you.
Should you need it, I am able to provide you with information to improve your health literacy. I can talk you through anything you don’t understand*.
By the end of the session, you will have a list of health goals and a plan for how you will work on them.
After the session, I will send you an in-depth written summary.

6-week 1:1 coaching package.
This is my signature package designed for women who want a plan but also the tailored support to help them achieve it.
How it works:
✅ Weekly coaching sessions to work on balancing your lifestyle across four key lifestyle elements: sleep, stress, food and movement.
✅ Carefully selected evidence-based educational resources and signposting to reliable sources of health information.
✅ Nutritionist-approved healthy eating framework.
✅ Mindset and motivation work to define your goals.
✅ Support and accountability to make your new habits last.
What’s included:
1 x 90-minute session similar in structure to the wellbeing MOT, producing a personal action plan.
5 x 60-minute coaching sessions. In each we will work on an aspect of health of your choosing with the expectation of some actionable tasks to try over the following week.
Access to my educational materials. I have created in-depth information booklets for each of the key lifestyle elements.
Nutrition success guide plus tried and tested recipes.
A weekly check-in and progress review by e-mail, in between coaching sessions, to keep you on track.
