I’m Ruth. A former NHS doctor, now a registered health coach with a background in psychology and currently studying nutrition at master's level.

We start with a conversation about your life. Your energy, habits and what’s no longer working.
Over 6 one-to-one sessions, we build a plan around your priorities, using my SMART lifestyle model: Sleep, Mindset, Activity, Real Food and Time Out.


It’s a structured but flexible approach designed to help you build habits that stick.
