I’m Ruth. A former NHS doctor, now a registered health coach with a background in psychology and currently studying nutrition at master's level.
I work with smart women who want to feel 10/10 in a world that’s told them to expect a slow decline.
My approach is grounded, personalised and science-led. Together, we focus on what really works:
