Hi, I’m Ruth, retired NHS doctor turned health coach. I love supporting smart post-menopausal women to reclaim their health mojo so they feel 10/10, not 2/10. Women who ask questions and want to follow the science.

I know what it’s like to feel your health has slipped away from you. That your work-life balance has become skewed towards a job that doesn’t always love you back.

After being diagnosed with a chronic pain condition, I discovered the importance of holistic wellbeing and transformed my lifestyle. Now I help other women to do the same.
